ICL8043C

Dual Precision Operational Amplifier manufactured by Intersil. This linear integrated circuit features an advanced internal CMOS/bipolar design that packs two independent precision operational amplifiers onto a single monolithic substrate housed in a 14-pin dual-in-line package. It functions by combining exceptionally low input bias currents (<10 pA) with a wide input common-mode voltage range and robust output short-circuit protection, maintaining superb channel-to-channel isolation while amplifying fragile sub-microvolt sensor waves cleanly. It was extensively designed into high-fidelity multi-channel medical ECG instrumentation, precise strain-gauge signal conditioners, active telemetry bandpass filters, and high-accuracy long-term integrator loops.
