NJM386D

NJM386D (also known as the JRC386D) is a low-voltage audio power amplifier integrated circuit manufactured by Nisshinbo Micro Devices - Output Power: Typically 500 mW into a 16-ohm load at 9V, or 325 mW into an 8-ohm load at 6V.
Operating Voltage: Wide range from 4V to 12V.
Voltage Gain: Internally set to 20 (26 dB), but can be increased up to 200 (46 dB) by adding an external resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8.
Low Power Consumption: Quiescent power drain is only 24 milliwatts when operating at 6V, making it highly efficient for battery use.
Package Type: Standard 8-pin DIP (Through-Hole) package.
