High-power beam power amplifier vacuum tube, primarily designed for use in aircraft and mobile communications equipment. It is essentially the same as the popular 6146 tube, but with a 26.5V heater (instead of the 6.3V heater used in the 6146) to accommodate the 28V electrical systems found in aircraft and military vehicles - Heater Voltage: 26.5V (AC or DC).
Heater Current: 0.3 Amps.
Plate Voltage (Max): 750V (as specified for the 6159B variant).
Plate Dissipation: 25 Watts.
Power Input (ICAS): 90 Watts CW input up to 60 Mc; 60 Watts CW input at 175 Mc.
