CMOS Quadruple 2-Input Positive-AND Gates, operating across a wide power supply matrix from 3V to 18V with high noise immunity. It incorporates standard buffered outputs to drive low-power Schottky TTL loads directly, housed in a standard 14-pin through-hole plastic DIP package.
