Computer Interface I²C Bus-Controlled Tuning & Voltage Synthesizer IC, containing an internal digital-to-analog converter (DAC) array, multi-channel frequency dividers, and open-collector output gates. It functions as the primary digital tuning coordinator to lock VHF/UHF local oscillators inside high-end television receivers, housed in a standard 28-pin through-hole plastic DIP package.
