ECG910: Quad RS-232C Line Receiver (EIA Standard) designed to cleanly translate volatile, long-distance bipolar serial data terminal signal waves (up to ±30V) down to uniform TTL digital logic tracking voltages. It functions by passing signals through internal input resistors and exposing response-control lines to filter out high-frequency trace noise via external capacitors, standard on modems, personal computers, and industrial programming interfaces.
