SN5416N: Hex Inverter Buffer/Driver with 15V Open-Collector Outputs, designed to conform with standard 5V TTL logic family logic tracking lines. It integrates six independent inverting logic gates on a single monolithic substrate binned to sink up to 40mA of continuous current to interface directly with high-voltage gas-discharge indicators or lamps, housed in a high-reliability 14-pin through-hole plastic or ceramic DIP package layout. Manufactured by Texas Instruments.
