HM62256LP-15: 32,768 x 8-Bit (256-Kilobit) High-Speed Low-Power CMOS Static RAM (SRAM) IC, featuring a standard 150-nanosecond random address access time profile. It combines an expanded 256kb byte-wide data register matrix layout with an ultra-low power battery-backup data retention configuration to prevent system boot parameter reset drops during complete control line voltage failures, housed in a standard 28-pin through-hole plastic dual in-line package (PDIP-28) layout.
