H11C2: High-Voltage Photo-SCR Output Optocoupler / Optoisolator, pairing a high-mobility GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a light-activated silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) switching matrix. Featuring a robust 200V peak forward blocking voltage rating combined with an integrated active-gate terminal, it is engineered explicitly to execute lightning-fast non-contact zero-voltage or phase-controlled AC power switching tracks, triggering high-power triacs and industrial industrial solenoids safely without inductive contact arcing, housed in a standard 6-pin through-hole plastic dual in-line package (PDIP-6) layout.
