Voltage Converter/Switched-Capacitor Regulated Charge Pump manufactured by Linear Technology (Analog Devices). This monolithic charge-pump integrated circuit features dual internal power switches housed in a compact 8-pin plastic dual-in-line package (PDIP-8). It functions by using standard low-voltage DC inputs (spanning 4.75V to 10V) and dynamically stepping them up or inverting them via attached external capacitors to generate dual outputs of exactly +15V and -15V simultaneously without requiring dynamic magnetic inductors.
