Hex Buffer and Driver Array with High-Voltage Open-Collector Outputs, containing six independent gates designed to operate with an extended output voltage ceiling up to 30V. It interfaces sensitive low-voltage digital logic directly with heavy load circuits such as relay solenoids, lamps, and level-shifting matrices, housed in a standard 14-pin surface-mount (SOIC-14) or through-hole plastic package layout.
